
Tommorow is Jacob's birthday, and Olivia brought up a good point "What does a guy training for the race of his life do". Well I came up with a special birthday regiment.
1.) Run up and down the stairs to wrap gifts.
2.) Watch Jacob open gifts on the floor, then do a push up to get up.
3.) Jump up and down when playing Rock band
4.) Flex arm muscles when raising my fork to eat cake.
This should tide me over, until I get back to the gym.

This may be my favorite post...ask Mommom if she can cut me a check...love that. This blog is also teaching me how to turn my daily routine into a training regime. The best part is that it requires no actual changes to the daily routine! Lift yourself out of bed...weight training. Walk to the car...that's some serious cardio. Sitting at work...working those glutes. Pick up the phone...bicep curl.
