Day 21


I found a checklist on the internet titled "A Guide on How to Train for Bicycle Racing" lets see how I'm doing shall we
1.) The Proper Diet for Bicycle Racers
Well I ate the above image right after the gym, so is that good?
2.) The Proper Exercise and Workout for Bicycle Racers
I do excercize....uh I do excercize
3.) Having the Right Equipment and Gear
Not only do I not have the right gear and equipment I do not have a working bike
4.) Getting a Personal Coach 
Not even close
5.) Do warm ups before workout
The first thing I do at the gym is the treadmill, I press a button called "quick start....so no I guess not.
6.) Exercise Equipment to Use:
Aero Bars 
never heard of it, I guess my trainer never told me about it
Exercise Bikes
I did this...actually did this
Weights 
Yes
7.) Get Enough Rest
No way... I am a walking zombie
8.) The Right Attitude
Yes, I am ready
